At Berzerk, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you unleash your inner athlete, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Berzerk account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
